Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Astra Night Vision Please review this Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

 

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 10 days of delivery may not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, parts, manuals, cables, mounts, cases, labels, and included materials must be returned.
  • The product must be in unused, undamaged, unmodified, and resellable condition.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The return request must be reviewed and approved by  Astra Night Vision before the product is shipped back.

Astra Night Vision reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

 

Unauthorized Modification, Disassembly, or Repair

Customers must not disassemble, modify, alter, repair, attempt to repair, remove sealed components, or adjust internal components of the product without prior written authorization from Astra Night Vision.

 

If the product is damaged, appears defective, or does not operate normally, the customer must contact Astra Night Vision or an authorized dealer for assistance before attempting any repair, adjustment, disassembly, or modification.

 

Any unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair attempt, tampering, removal of sealed components, misuse, improper handling, or damage caused by the customer may void the warranty and may make the product ineligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement.

Astra Night Vision reserves the right to reject any return, refund, exchange, or warranty claim if the returned product shows signs of unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, tampering, misuse, physical damage, or alteration.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for products that Astra Night Vision determines are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange, contact Astra Night Vision through our online form within 10 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue, if requested by Astra Night Vision 
  • Any other information reasonably requested by Astra Night Vision to evaluate the claim

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Astra Night Vision. A replacement will not be issued until the original product has been received, inspected, and approved.

 

If the returned product shows signs of unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, misuse, missing parts, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect,  Astra Night Vision reserves the right to deny the exchange and return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense.

 

Return Process

To start a return or exchange request, contact Astra Night Vision via email (Support@astranv.com) within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request.

 

If your request is approved, Astra Night Vision will provide return instructions.

 

Do not ship any product back without prior approval from Astra Night Vision. Unauthorized returns may be refused, rejected, or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Astra Night Vision determines that the product was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

 

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Astra Night Vision is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

 

Inspection and Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection after they are received by Astra Night Vision.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are not guaranteed until the returned product has been inspected and approved.

If the product does not meet our return requirements, Astra Night Vision reserves the right to:

  • Reject the return, refund, exchange, or replacement request
  • Apply a restocking fee
  • Deduct costs for missing parts, accessories, packaging, repair, cleaning, testing, inspection, or repackaging
  • Return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense

Astra Night Vision has the right to make the final determination regarding product condition, return eligibility, refund eligibility, exchange eligibility, warranty eligibility, and whether the product has been modified, damaged, misused, or tampered with.

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned products, including but not limited to products that have been opened, handled, tested, used, repackaged, or are no longer in new, factory-sealed, resellable condition.

 

The restocking fee will also apply when a returned product requires inspection, testing, cleaning, repackaging, replacement of packaging materials, or replacement of accessories before it can be resold.

 

Products that have been modified, disassembled, damaged, altered, tampered with, or repaired without authorization will be ineligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement.

 

Refunds

Once Astra Night Vision receives and inspects the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

 

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, handling fees, payment processing fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless  Astra Night Vision determines that the return is due to our error.

 

If deductions apply, the refund amount may be reduced by the applicable restocking fee, missing item costs, repair costs, cleaning costs, repackaging costs, or other costs necessary to process the return.

 

Missing or Damaged Items

If any original parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, labels, or included materials are missing or damaged,  Astra Night Vision may deduct the replacement cost from the refund or deny the return.

 

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

Products will be ineligible for return if they are:

  • Returned after the 10-day return window
  • Used, damaged, modified, disassembled, repaired, or altered
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included materials
  • Returned without prior approval
  • Damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized adjustment, or attempted repair
  • Otherwise not in resellable condition
